Our Mission

Workplace stress has a direct impact on our performance. Studies show that when we are “stressed out”,we are not at our best. All tension, both mental and physical, is stored somewhere in the body and true stress reduction is a matter of discovering how to release that tension on both levels. Twin Cities Metro Yoga has developed stress reduction classes specially designed to immediately lower the stress levels allow students to get the instant benefit of stress reduction during the work day.
Yoga programs directly address tension in both the body and the mind since one area has a direct effect on the other. The classes offer simple, safe and practical techniques that quickly eradicate tension and stress anytime and anyplace, especially in the workplace.
